This incredible opportunity led him down two paths simultaneously when his production experience merged with identifying dramatic visual aesthetics and he began working for Herb Ritts producing a number of print campaigns in some of the most architecturally significant homes in Los Angeles. Inspired to do his own investing, Brian purchased his first home in the Bungalow area of Laurel Canyon which he completely renovated and eventually turned into his first rental property and began developing an inventory of high end rental properties that extend from the Hollywood Hills to the beach. Based on his own personal success and a demand from family and friends to help them with their own real estate needs Brian became a licensed Realtor. He received an Award for Excellence and was recognized for his first year sales record. Today, with over 15 years of experience, Brian is a member of the Sotheby's International Realty's Consummate Training Program and is working towards becoming part of the Sotheby's Management Team. |
